“Our positioning in Dubai allows us to serve as a transcontinental compute hub,” Pekka shared. The expansion strategy follows a clear logic of regional radiation:

1. Middle East Hub: Establishing Dubai as the core node for high-end AI services.
2. Africa & Europe Reach: Utilizing the Dubai center to bridge the compute gap in emerging markets like Africa and highly regulated markets in Europe.
3. Systemic Integration: Working with local research and academic institutions to foster a sustainable industrial ecosystem.

The 2026 Roadmap: “Three Countries, Six Centers”

The broadcast concluded with a forward-looking panel discussion on the 2026 Global Evolution Blueprint. The team emphasized that the coming year will be defined by “Consolidation, Expansion, and Deep Cultivation.”
