Breaking down the billionaire class’s manipulation of the fake alpha bros who got trapped in the manosphere

I recently posted a video on my Instagram, walking on the beach while rambling about this topic. For a nearly 10-minute video, it got more views and engagement than I expected.
I had been thinking about this idea for months and keeping an iPhone note for weeks before finally letting my words fly on camera. I think it came out relatively intelligible, so give it a watch if you’re curious, but I wanted to elaborate on the idea in writing for a few reasons.
1. I’m better at writing than rambling.
2. I didn’t say everything I wanted to in just 10 minutes.
3. I wanted my audience on Medium to find these thoughts (and maybe join me over on Instagram as well).
[Friend link if you’re not a Medium member.](https://medium.com/bouncin-and-behavin-blogs/for-the-red-pill-bros-sorry-to-tell-you-but-you-dont-have-a-single-original-opinion-ff06b74d3079?sk=9e938d794c190f800d1bfe5908ea0459)**
There are two parts to this idea:
First, how these fake alpha males incorrectly think they have actual opinions about things. Instead, they’re so scared of being seen as weak that they just say what the fake version of a “real tough guy” in their head would say. Basically, what would the tiny Andrew Tate on their shoulder want them to say or do?
Second, let’s look at why these fake-alpha-males' opinions are being forced onto them and by whom? Let's break down why the billionaire elite class would want to create these narratives, and how they 100% know that there is this massive target audience of soft, insecure, and easily-manipulated men.
Part 1: My thesis… Alpha bros, you don’t have a single unique opinion about anything.

Photo by Juan Rumimpunu on Unsplash
There is a huge percentage of men, specifically in the United States but also everywhere that the manosphere has infiltrated, who think they have unique opinions about the world around them, when in reality, they don’t.
*They would really like you to believe they have genuine opinions, but trust me, *they do not.
These fragile men simply run a quick algorithm in their mind, then say whatever they think “an alpha male” would say on every single topic in the known universe.
Rather than using their own experiences, their five senses, and their interactions with other people to form their opinions, they just take a second to come up with what they think “a real man” would say about anything and everything… then spit that out of their hamburger hole like what goes into Donald Trump’s diaper.
This ranges from opinions about politics to sports to what ingredients are okay to put on a pizza.
Should we get a pizza with ham and pineapple on it…
(What would Andrew Tate say…)
No way bro… pineapple on Pizza? What do you think I’m gay???

The algorithm’s inputs
The inputs that go into this quick calculation, this personal algorithm, are slightly different for every guy, but the result is essentially the same.
Here is a list of potential inputs, for any given guy who falls into this red-pill bro category:
- The plethora of “ manosphere podcasts”
- Manosphere, looks-maxing, and carnivore-eating influencers
- Fox News, Newsmax, Breitbart, and other right-wing news sources
- SAS, Skip Bayless, Dave Portnoy, Pat McAfee (sometimes), and it saddens me to say… but Shaq over the past 5 years. There are a lot of macho dudes giving horrible takes in the world of sports media. Especially in the context of sports, many men are so terrified of being seen as “weak” that it makes them disingenuous fuggin’ idiots.
- Truth Social and the fascist corners of Meta
- Your bigoted uncle or grandpa
- Your bigoted and equally fragile friends and peers
Most of the sources of these “alpha male opinions” are saying the exact same things, so it doesn’t matter if you’re listening to Andrew Tate, Joe Rogan, Ben Shapiro, or Theo Von; you’ll end up thinking the same dumb shit about pretty much everything.
A list of opinions that fake alpha males have in common:

Note: This list only scratches the surface. Within the realm of politics alone, there are countless opinions on specific issues (or culture wars) that collectively mean “being right wing.” The more “fake-alpha” the more right wing one’s opinions will likely be. Over 5 UFC T-shirts in the closet, they‘re almost certainly against birthright citizenship (which is proteceted in plain language in the constitution and has been law since the 1800s).
- ALWAYS voting Republican over Democrat because “real men” love War, Guns, and the Police… and would never be on the side of nurses and teachers! That’s for fairies!
- They’re against green energy… because using the free energy the sun gives us is… soft? … gay? Honestly, this shit is pretty funny and almost unbelievably stupid when you stop and really think about it.
- Michael Jordan over LeBron James in the NBA goat debate. All fake tough guys are happy to tell you how much they HATE LeBron, and many spend a weird amount of time trying to disparage him on social media and in every comment section… although he’s pretty obviously the best basketball player of all time if you can be even somewhat objective and include context in the conversation.
- No desire to invest in pubic transportation… because LET'S JUST DRILL MORE OIL! Rather than take a bus or train, I want to spend more money to drive my truck or car alone… because real men love cars!
- Women don’t make good leaders (often justified with “because they’re too emotional.”)
- The WNBA is stupid… but hockey and the UFC RULES! Any sport where you can punch people rules! Let’s bring back fighting to the death like the Romans!
- I also feel like fake alphas, especially the older ones, have this weird opinion that college basketball is better than the NBA. How that became a widely held opinion is beyond me… considering that every single college player is trying to make it to the NBA. It’s just the very best players from college and the rest of the world… so how could it be worse? College basketball is just whiter and sloppier … if you really think you prefer that, you might have an accidentally stupid and racist opinion. Note: There are plenty of critiques to make about the NBA, and I’m the first to make them, but the same goes with the NCAA, so that’s not really a reason to say “its a better product.”
- Tofu is lame… even though it’s also just a protein source like any other. I hope you’re starting to see how fuggin’ stupid these opinions are. Wait, is soup gay or unmasculine, too? I’m pretty sure Jesse Waters actually did say that on Fox News.
- Calling Michelle Obama a man… like it’s a reasonable opinion to have, or if you’re anyone who even thinks that's a funny take.
- Thinking vaccines or sunscreen are bad for you, and being suspicious of science in general. Along with a total inability to grasp the difference between correlation and causation in any scenario or context.
- You need to track your proteins, and something called macros… so basically, you need to eat a fuck ton of meat. Also, if you’re a fake alpha male reading this and don’t know what I look like… I promise that I can do way more pull-ups than you and also beat you in arm wrestling.
- **Pop music is for pansies. **I like my music as unpopular as possible, thank you very much! Put on more cybergrind; I’ve been really into Agoraphobic Nosebleed lately. (Real genre, real band name, btw)
- Deligitimizing trans people's lives and lived experiences. Along with a total lack of empathy for anyone who doesn’t look like them, and in extreme cases, a disdain for empathy.
- Thinking they want “smaller government,” while simultaneously supporting a new wave of fascism… which is a pretty in-your-fuggin-face version of government, wouldn’t you say? Trump’s administration hasn’t taken a single day off from actively fucking up everyone and everything.
- The inability to acknowledge that nobody “does it themselves,” and being unable to accept that the gameboard wasn’t set up the same, and that the rules during the game aren’t even being applied the same way, for all the players involved.
- Thinking that all people who practice Islam, the world’s second-largest religion, are bad… without being able to acknowledge the myriad atrocities and grifts of too many Christian churches.
- Protein is the most essential part of a diet!!! More meat, more macros, more PROTEIN!!! (Did I say this already…sorry, I’m dealing with the meat sweats.)
- Definitely can’t wear PINK! What am I, a fuggin’ female baby? Really, how insecure do you have to be to think that wearing a certain color, or any type of clothing or accessory, means anything about fuggin’ anything? Paint your nails, wear a dress, pierce your nipple, who gives a fuck.
- Ring Culture loud mouths. Basically, having the opinion that “winning it all is the only thing that matters” in sports. Or in other words, arguing that being in last place and losing in the finals are basically the EXACT SAME THING. Like the Spurs' season, and all the collective joy they brought their fan base, was equal to the Wizards' season and their fans' experience, because they lost in the finals. This idea manifests most in debates about individual players in team sports (cough.. cough.. MJ vs. LeBron… Bron haters actually seem to think that losing in the finals to a great team is a worse result than getting swept in the first round… make it make sense), but in plenty of other ways as well, like wanting to fire a very good coach because they haven’t won a ring yet. Note: Yes titles and rings are very important. Is it all that matters in evaluating a single player or coach’s legacy … obviously fuggin’ not.
- Claiming to be all about “protecting the Constitution,” while simultaneously allowing your pants-shitting alpha leader to ignore it and destroy it.
- Thinking Trump is gangster or a tough guy, when he’s just a playground bully who raped a bunch of children. There’s an overwhelming amount of evidence out there already, even though they’ve gone to great lengths to suppress, bury, and distract us from the Epstein files.
I could go on… but I don’t need to. You know the rest of them. You can close your eyes and guess very accurately how a fake tough guy would feel about pretty much anything in the known universe.

One final point to wrap up part 1:
If you don’t like pineapple on pizza, if you are a huge hockey fan, or if you're a Chicago guy and you rank MJ over LeBron… fine. That’s totally fine. I’m not lumping you in with these fragile fake alpha-male bozos because of your pizza toppings preference or (incorrect) NBA goat opinion.
I’m saying—if you agree with EACH of those points above—you don’t have a single unique opinion about anything. All of your opinions have been forced on you by the billionaire pedophile class. They spent a lot of money on it, so don’t feel that bad that it worked on you.
I will say, though, if you share a number of these opinions above with the red pill bros, take a second to picture a stadium of people with that same opinion, and ask yourself if you’d want to be at that party? Who goes to a rally against green energy? Who shows up at the “fuck LeBron James” party? Maybe ask yourself if you want to share opinions with those types of people? Do you want to be at their party?
It’s human nature to feel more confident in your position when you believe it’s the popular opinion, but some opinions are only still the “in crowd take” (MJ over LeBron, for example) because this entire group of fragile, insecure men holds that same opinion…purely because they are terrified of being seen as weak or soft.
MJ vs. LeBron has continued to get closer to a pretty even split in the cultural debate, which is why it’s still such a hot topic. But if you could remove all of MAGA from the conversation, it would be an absolute landslide for LeBron. If you’re at a party with 100 people who love to hate LeBron James, look around the room… do you want to be friends with those people? Why are most of them wearing red hats?
With that, let’s get into the second part of what I wanted to discuss…

Photo by Priscilla Du Preez 🇨🇦 on Unsplash
Part 2: Who creates these narratives and why?
Did you hear about these secret retreats that Peter Thiel has been organizing for two decades? Less than a month ago, a hacker revealed evidence that Peter Thiel, who has vanished to a secret bunker in Argentina, has been organizing secret retreats for the elite all over the world.
Between shooting animals for fun and eating caviar, what do you think they discuss at these retreats?
I’m pretty sure the main topic they discuss, the topic that every other topic relates back to, is how to maintain and strengthen their grip on wealth and power. This involves the conversation around manipulating fragile men, and likely other conversations like the intentionally cult-like nature of the MAGA movement, and how to force narratives that are favorable to them on society through the media, technology, bots, regulations, law, influencers, athletes, celebrities, and more.
If you’re skeptical, here’s more about the data leak, who attends these events, and what was on the agenda.

Navigating WW3? Build a Cult? Sheesh.
It’s relatively obvious why the billionaire elite class would force right-wing political ideology on the country, but in case the dots aren’t connecting, I’ll put it in bold. Right-wing politics have always been good for the wealthiest 1%. Almost all billionaires are right-wing.
The right has been horrible in every important measurable way for the middle class, marginalized groups, and the majority of the other 99% of the country, but right-wing politics have always been great for billionaires. They’ve always benefited the wealthy who want tax breaks, white-collar criminals who want pardons, and in Trump's America—pedophiles who want to escape prosecution for their horrendous crimes.

When it comes to sports and food, the why isn’t always so clear.
With a lot of the takes on the red pill opinions list above, there isn’t a very clear why, beyond that it fills out the persona of this “alpha male.” They vote republican, fight against any proposed gun laws, hate green energy, and are so tough they won’t wear certain colors or ever eat FUGGIN’ TOFU!
It often seems quite silly, but in our social media age, opinions are required, so a number of them are just to stay consistent with being the type of guy that will try to hide himself when eating a banana. No-homo! I’m not gay, you are!!!
But let’s pause for a second. Hating tofu might seem like this type of nonsensical alpha opinion that simply colors in the edges of this man-baby persona, but it also does something else.
It helps to ensure that red meat (a huge industry with very wealthy people at the top) remains the primary protein source in the country. Tofu is cheap, healthy, and doesn’t involve killing animals, which is why it’s a primary protein source for most of Asia. Meat barons, who might fear that shift happening in the States, would be very incentivized to make sure all fragile men think “tofu is for sissies!”
Red pill bros being unanimous in their support of MJ over LeBron in the goat debate might also seem like a random opinion that simply shades in the persona, but it’s deeper than that.

Republicans love Michael Jordan because he’s the epitome of a “shut up and dribble” athlete.
Back in 1990, during his prime, Michael Jordan famously said “Republicans buy sneakers, too” to explain his refusal to publicly endorse the Democratic candidate in a North Carolina U.S. Senate race.
Harvey Gantt was running against incumbent Republican Jesse Helms, a politician who actively opposed civil rights legislation and utilized racially charged rhetoric to mobilize his base of racist white voters.
Jordan, who was raised in North Carolina, was pressured to support the Democrat, but declined, winning the favor of all wealthy racist Republicans… forever. He stuck to the script that he was a basketball player, not a politician or activist, and wanted to avoid taking public stances on issues.
Now that you know that story, it might be clearer why the billionaire pedophile class is invested in maintaining MJ's legacy as the goat. They want all other influential athletes to take a page from his playbook, to just shut up and dribble.
LeBron is above that, and has been outspoken on issues and done a lot for his community throughout his career. He’s been a vocal advocate for the BLM movement. He’s championed voter access and registration. He’s advocated for access to better education among marginalized populations. He was in support of the NFL athletes who kneeled during the anthem to protest police violence. He publicly campaigned for or endorsed Obama, Biden, and Harris, and he’s publicly criticized Trump's handling of numerous things.
*Now that you know all of that, *can you see why the right might want to disparage him? *Why they might want there to be an army of insecure angry men who spend a portion of their day spewing LeBron hate? Why they might fund an entire anti-LBJ ecosystem within sports media. (Genuinely, you can get a job in sports media if you’re willing to say idiotic shit about LeBron. Skip Bayless made a successful 20-year career out of exactly this). Can you see why they fund anti-LBJ bot farms? I’m genuinely so confused about it, but I promise there are hundreds of bot accounts on Threads dedicated to bashing LeBron James. It’s fuggin insane.*

There’s often a deeper reason
Some fake-alpha male takes—like hating tofu, LeBron James, Dave Matthews and Taylor Swift—might seem innocuous, or like they just match the archetype, but if you Google “Dave Matthews political beliefs,” you’ll start to wonder if there’s a deeper reason.
You’ll start to wonder if that opinion, and most other “tough guy” opinions, have just been completely manufactured by the elites for consumption by fragile men who are so worried about being seen as weak, they don’t know how to formulate their own opinions about anything.
By the way, I often wear a pink hat, I eat tofu, I love pineapple and ham on a pizza, I listen to Dave Matthews Band, and I don’t want to know a single person who would genuinely judge me poorly for any of those things.
I often think when I wear my pink Barbie hat (which I randomly found on my street while walking my dogs), this is almost like a shield to protect me from stupid, insecure fake-alpha men who might want to initiate a conversation or friendship with me.
I look like I might agree with the red pill bros' idiotic worldviews from the neck down—I look like I might track my macros—but if I have on a Barbie hat, they’ll probably stay the fuck away. Find your own shield, keep using your voice and platform, and make sure you let these fake alphas know that they’re not fooling you— They’re fragile, easily-manipulated, insecure men who are as soft as baby shit.
Finally, to wrap this up, voting advice:
Ignore parties, ignore the media, ignore culture wars… for the rest of your life, just vote against what the billionaires want, and you’ll be on the right side of history.
It’s not more complicated.
And for any fake alphas who didn’t believe me above when I said I could do more pull-ups than you, I can. #cope

What a great hat, jajajaja.
