Agents Radically Improve the Speed of Iteration and Hence the Speed of Delivery

Just a few years ago, getting from idea to production meant a 5–10 person team and a year. Today, 1–2 people can deliver a software product in a month (and soon even quicker) and that compression changes everything.

Agents absorb the routine work

Coding, testing, documentation, infrastructure — agents are taking over the repetitive chains of tasks that used to consume most of a team’s time. The humans still plan, still decide, still supervise, but they are no longer the bottleneck on execution.

Iteration speed becomes an incredible competitive weapon

Instead of shipping one version of a feature every few weeks, teams can spin three or four variations in a single day and see what works. Faster iterations mean faster learning, and faster learning means better products — compounding with every cycle.

Experimentation gets cheap enough to be normal, time to feedback drops to near-zero

When prototypes can be generated and revised in hours instead of weeks, trying a new idea no longer requires a six-month team commitment. Organizations can run many small experiments in parallel, kill what doesn’t work early, and double down on real signal.
