Everscale Weekly AMA Recap #116

Recently, we hosted Everscale Community Meetup #116 and discussed the recent updates in the Everscale network and ecosystem.

During the meetup, we discussed some updates from the Everscale Strategic Committee and Token API updates, and more. We invite you to check out a recap of what happened during the 116th AMA session.

Everscale Strategy Committee updates

Pavel Prigolovko, a member of the Everscale Strategy Committee and founding partner and CSO at EverX, was able to join us. Pavel said that development is going according to plan and, after a high load test, the REMP protocol will finally be ready for migration to the mainnet. In addition, an updated roadmap has been published and a more detailed article will be published soon.

Also during the AMA session, the EverX team leader, Ekaterina Pantaz, presented the updates on Fungible Token API, which enables users to get information about fungible tokens, transfers, owners, and wallets.

In the updated version 0.2.0, the following are available:

• ability to request a list of tokens with pagination
• retrieval of data on wallets and transfers of the token owner by their wallet address
• support of TIP-3.2 tokens
• ability to view wallet’s balance and transfers
• ability to search transactions by hash and get information about token transfers
• ability to make queries such as array of holders by holder addresses and array of transfers by message IDs
• and much more

The GBA Blockchain & Infrastructure conference in Washington, D.C

The third speaker at AMA was Eugene Morozov. Eugene reinforced the positions of the Everscale blockchain at the GBA Blockchain & Infrastructure conference in Washington, D.C. on September 29 and 30. He and Mitja Goroshevsky were able to participate in four discussion panels, which was a kind of record at this event:

• Resilient Election Systems
• Document & Data Integrity
• Funding Blockchain Projects
• Securing IT Supply Chains (with Mitja Goroshevsky).

In one of the panels, Eugene presented the latest news on the DeVote technology, which attracted representatives from two states — Oregon and Massachusetts, representatives from the GBA, who, in turn, decided to run their council elections using DeVote, and others. There will be more information about this event in an upcoming article.
