BLASTN for nt-nt

BLASTx nt(>aa)-aa

tBLASTn for aa-nt(>aa)

tBLASTx for nt(>aa)- nt(>aa)

  1. Instalar blast https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/executables/blast+/LATEST/

escolhe seu sistema operacional, selecione a pasta c:/ para descarga, estraia, modique o nome (clic dereito renomear) para blast64 e para a pasta dentro dela blast

  1. Achar RNAs são sequencias de nucleotideos, digamos que temos RNAseq depositado de ficus carica com formato FASTA https://plants.ensembl.org/Ficus_carica/Info/Index

  1. Descomprimir e guardar na pasta bin do blast com nome ficus. Fas o mesmo para fícus abelii e guarda como query2.fasta, assim vai a comparar as dois sequencias

  1. agora vamos para o cmd, abre no inicio do windows pode pesquisar por cmd

com cd.. voce vai a ir a sua pasta c:

  1. entramos no bin do blast

because makeblastdb help transformation .fasta a db for make blast

  1. escreve blastn -query ficus.fasta -db query2_db -out saida1.txt -outfmt 7

e enter

se verifar na pasta bin, ja esta nosso blast com o nome saida1
